Following is a list of answers to some of your most frequently asked questions. This is a guide to help you with summary answers to key questions. For more detailed information please see the relevant section of the website.
Do I need to bring my own bed linen?
No, the houses are supplied with duvets and all bed linen. Towels are also provided. Guests will need to bring bed linen for cots, if requested.
Is the price per person or per house?
Per house basis & include the stated number of persons each house can hold.
How early do I need to book?
We recommend that you book as early as possible especially if you are planning your holiday for the busy months of July and August. Bank holidays during the summer season and these tend to be booked up at an early stage.
Do I require a credit card to book ? How do I book?
You can book online via West Coast Holidays website.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Any changes to your reservation must be made as early as possible by phone, fax or e-mail. In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable. Total Cost is non refundable if less than 3 weeks notice is given.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in time is normally from 4pm onwards, however we do ask that you phone ahead the day before your arrival to give us an indication of your check in time. If you require an early or late check-in this must be pre- arranged, we cannot guarantee it but we will try our best.
What time do I have to check-out?
Check-out time is strictly 12 noon. Late check outs must be pre-arranged but cannot be guaranteed. We ask that houses be left as they were found.
Can I stay for 2-3 days or is it weekly letting only?
Yes our minimum requirement is 2 nights stay. This can be weekend or midweek.
How far is the nearest town?
The nearest town is Dunmanway. These houses are just a 6 minute drive to Dunmanway town and are an ideal base to explore West Cork from. Bantry, Inchyadoney, Clonakilty, Baltimore and Glengarriff are all within easy driving distance.
Can I book more than one house. Can I book the houses beside each other?
Yes we do cater for large groups in respect of family reunions. Please call us if you need to book more than one house and would like the houses located beside each other.
What facilities are available in the house?
Each architect designed house has been fitted out to the highest standards and offers luxurious, spacious accommodation. These beautiful three bedroomed houses sleep 7. The accommodation comprises of a master double room en suite with plasma screen T.V., 1 double & single room and a second double room en suite. This beautiful complex boasts a number of unique attractions in the immediate area.

Is there an additional charge for electricity and gas?
Yes, electricity and gas are charged according to meter readings taken on your arrival and again on your departure and are based on 15 cent per unit.
